As soon as you enter this unique, two-level house, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious, open layout and mild interior decor. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living room area, which features a couple of inviting sofas strategically placed in front of a flatscreen TV and a pool table. The fully-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances is perfect to whip up tasty meals, and a large wooden table and a glass table provide enough seating for the entire group. On the second floor, you can find a small and furnished balcony on the master bedroom and it faces the harbor for some beautiful water views. Back on the first floor, the patio facing the harbor is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. A few beach chairs complement the lounging space.

Enjoy a prime location just five miles away from downtown Oxnard and right in front of the harbor! You’ll be less than a mile away from the famous Oxnard State Beach Park, so you better pack your sunscreen and go dig your toes in the sand. The Channel Islands Harbor features boating, scuba diving, fishing, and even kayaking! Whether you’re a surfer at heart or just a beginner, Hollywood Beach and Silverstrand Beach are perfect for you. If you would like something more than watersports, the Chumash Trailhead is 12 miles away and there you can admire scenic landscapes while hiking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
