Hotel localizado junto ao Florida Mall, tornando bem conveniente para realizar compras no Shopping. Bom custo benefício, porém café da manhã não incluído. Acho que pelo valor da diária poderia ser oferecido. Restante, ótimo !

BOM EU RECOMENDO, PRINCIPALMENTE PARA CASAIS
A estadia foi agradável, com a facilidade de estar dentro do Mall, onde minha esposa pode fazer farias compras e fiquei a ler livros e trabalhos on-line, único ponto negativo foi que durante a pandemia não estavam limpando os quartos todos os dias por falta de mão de obra, e era uma situação muito comum nos hotéis aqui no usa devido a pandemia porém quando solicitado a limpeza era executada, e toalhas à disposição em qualquer momento, porém recomendo

The ceiling metal vent fell on me while i was sitting on the toilet and hit my arm. It was a bad repair/patch job where they stuffed towels to stop a leaking pipe. The towels were full of mold and mildew. They sent somebody with a first aid kit to treat my arm. The only thing they offered was to refund my one night stay which i am still waiting for.

I just wanted to get away for a few days of semi-seclusion and this was a great location. I still had to eat so I had great choices, from the hotel's own Crickets to sushi to pizza and a little bit of shopping conveniently right on the same premises. Excellent location!

Linens were dirty, hair everywhere including floors and shower. Floors were not cleaned. Housekeeping came and re cleaned but the woman had a nasty attitude. Loud music past 11 pm. Uncomfortable, can’t sleep. Hotel management never reached out after.
