Clifford,This "incident" did not occur at our hotel on April 29th when you had a reservation here that was a "no-show." Any sort of physical altercation would have been substantially documented and would have involved local law enforcement, so we're not sure where it happened, but it was not at our hotel. Again, we did have a reservation in our system for the night of April 29th that was a no-show and we did not document trespassing anyone on that day.
