"The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations."

"Great rental, with plenty of space. Close to disney and knotts which were our main reasons for visiting. We loved the location, space in the unit, we never felt cramped, the beds were very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which is a short walk away. Also appreciated the attentiveness of the hosts. Shortly after check in time, they messaged making sure we were able to get in ok. Ive stayed at many VRBO's and have never had a host do that......actually i stayed at one we were not...

"Location to walk to Downtown Disney, Disney resorts and parks was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure."

"Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. "We love SoCal after living there for a bit. Was so fun to return and be close to all our favorite things. The place was perfect for our family of four and really close walk to the beach, San Clemente trail, and the pier. The property management was very responsive, we had the coffee maker fail and they had a new one there by the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!"

"I took my daughters and one of their friends to Disney as a Christmas present. I was looking for an alternative to having multiple hotel rooms. This was a perfect solution. Great location to the park and we walked the route each day. The unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. A great value."

"The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!"

"This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!"

"Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."
