It was a clean place to stay. It took an hour to check in, though. There wasn’t enough help at the front desk. We were very tired and this felt like it took ages.

Try advertise an airport shuttle but the shuttles aren’t available for early morning flights. There was also hair on the wall in the bathroom from previous occupants.

This had to be the worst experience I ever had at any hotel. From receiving g the wrong key to someone else’s room at check in to not getting my room cleaned at all after making several request. The pool was gross.I reported to the front desk that there was something white and thick floating in the pool and it needed to be drained and cleaned, instead they had someone scoop the nastiness out the pool and allowed other guest to get in the water. The staff was rude and had absolutely no idea of what customer service means. To get towels was almost impossible. I was at this hotel for 3 days and could not check out soon enough. I plan to contact their corporate office because it is no way they are aware how poorly this facility is being rang

The room is small, old and not so clean. There is only one very bad dining chair, my son and I almost got hurt, the flusher does not work, I call for maintenance. they said they fixed it but the flusher ran itself through the night and so I didn’t get a minute of sleep. No sleeper couch or something extra. Some of our friend’s rooms look way better. We felt profiled in a way. I regret getting this hotel and the online pictures are misleading.

We checked out at 11pm after all 4 of us started itching and noticing bumps/rash on our arms and legs after trying to go to bed. We complained to the front desk and were dismissed without any sort of resolution. Definitely do NOT recommend.

My concerns were the maintenance around the rooms I was found a roach in my room. My room number was 113. Next to the bed, over the nightstand. Also when they changed my room to Room 504. The thermostat was broken. The bath tub had black dirt and shower hook cook from under the shower tub wall when water was running hitting the wall it come out onto my feet. It was cold and the light was hanging from the wall showing the cords seems very unsafe. I would like a follow to show what I saw. I was very anxious and a bit uncertain on how poorly the maintenance was.

Arriving to the hotel everything seemed fine, my family and I had 4 rooms reserved upon getting to our rooms one was a complete mess. Went to the front desk and got it sorted or so I thought, trying to open the door for the new room would not work and back I went to the front desk. The person said there was two doors that she was told the hall way door was not working, fine we went through that door and about an hour later I hear the door that supposedly didn’t open swing open. There was a couple who were given a key to my room and they were very apologetic stating that they were given my room. This is such an unsafe unprofessional situation especially since we have a child. The following day the women from housekeeping opens the door as well questioning why I’m in this room when I state to her the situation she tries to play it off maybe it was the front desk who opened the door but it clearly was not. The room that was initially given was going under renovations so why even have that room as available. I mentioned to her I needed to talk to a manager because every time afterward I went to the front there was no one there. I will be emailing the manager because of the unsafe, unprofessional events that occurred.The rooms were not as clean or as tidy as promoted. One of the rooms had the bath tub with bleach a puddle of bleach on there that was never rinsed out. The over all experience was very poor

Felt unsafe. Human trafficking is very heavy in this area. Hotel was dirty and there was blood on the curtains.

Didn't like distance to rooms. Whenever I left and returned had to walk all the way back to front desk no access to room. Was told battery went out on the lock. Almost ruined trip, I have screws in my back.

It was really close to the venue for my daughter's cheer competition. I was happy with the restraunt in the hotel and the indoor pool was very nice. The hotel itself was spaced very nice and I couldn't hear anyone from the rooms around us. 10/10

Check out time is 11, and not noon as listed. Breakfast costs $5 per person, and there is no arcade as advertised. It was clean, conveniently located, and night staff was helpful.

Convenient, easy parking, and great water pressure. Cleanliness was subpar. Fridge needed wiped out, light switches were filthy, door was also filthy, bathrooms run down, and carpeting in hallways needs replaced. Also the breakfast is awful. I’ve been staying at this hotel every March for last 7 or 8 years. Breakfast is usually ok, but this year was horrible! Staff was great though.
