Front desk inattentive, two side doors open to outdoors from stairwell. Elevator not working. Multiple cabinets beaten up. Breakfast was being cleaned up at 8:30 when it was supposed to be closed at 9.

When we arrived, the staff were short with customers, and quite rude with how they explained their required $50 Damage Hold they put on your credit card, even if you have already paid for the room in full --there are much more polite ways to explain a policy such as this, but they were very demanding about that they were doing it and they didn't care what you thought about it. Our room didn't have a tv when we first went in, when we asked about it, they said they'd bring one. We freshend up and left. When we returned, there was a tv in our room, but our door was also left ajar. Who knows how long our room was open for anyone to walk in. The carpet was dirty and a bug fogger machine was accidentally left in our room too.

It’s an ok place to stay if you are just sleeping snd need a place. Breakfast was awful except the waffles. Beds are comfortable but window was broken. Only one light in bathroom worked and the area around hotel did not feel safe.

There was no curtain liner for the shower. The curtains were broken so we weren’t able to completely close them. The shower pressure was abysmal. Everything seemed pretty clean but also seemed a little run down.

The room was not cleaned appropriately. There was excrement on the door in bathroom. The staff responded immediately. There were yellow spots on the bedspread that were disturbing.

As unfair as it might seem to judge the entire staff of a hotel by the interaction with one employee, I have to say the reception and checkin was less than welcome. The person who checked us in was unfriendly and close to be judged as rude. She didn’t bother to explain anything if I didn’t asked. I mean she just gave us the key, which by the way she took her good time, and sent us off. I had to ask basic instructions of the hotel and getting responses as I was being a nuisance. The hotel is very good and our room was clean and well equipped. We did have good stay though.

Very friendly staff! Arrived at 5:45pm, didn’t take but 5 mins to check in! Our room was spacious for three people! Bed and pillows comfortable! Shower door wouldn’t close all the way. A couple of hair in the sink, shower, & blow dryer bag. Property around is scary at night. A lot of people walking around. Homeless people sleeping on property. Front and back. Would not recommend this property.

It was dirty, there wasn’t any soap, the tv didn’t work properly and there was what I want to believe was lotion on the bed skirt. The area around the hotel was surrounded by the unhoused and walkers. Not safe at all!! The worst hotel I’ve been in since a child. 10/10 do not recommend.

The hotel and staff was great! Not very good water pressure but not horrible. Location not so great. Maybe in a few years when they build up the area across the highway the area will clean up. This hotel is by two large truck stops and a bus station!
