"The suite was the perfect location to attend our grandson's high school graduation held at Austin Peay University. The checkin was so simple after a day of flights feom the West Coast and the drive up from Nashville. All the directions and instructions were spot on! Communication was above and beyond!! When it was within the hour to checkout, a tornado warning alert came over our phones and the TV and then the torrential rain. Contacted the Owner and he called me! We stayed and extra 45 minutes...

"Very clean, and well stocked. Plenty of towels and the rooms were beautiful. So much storage in each room. There is only one thing, and it's the neighborhood. Unfortunately it's located off the main road in townhouses sub division. Neighbors are constantly coming and going to work at all hours of the night. There were police constantly getting called for the fights outside. My daughter tried to play with the local kiddos There but one punched her, while another tried to pull my 10 year old...

"I noticed age identifiers above stop at 18. What we didn't see in the description is the number of steps. We are all seniors with bad backs and knees. Suggest you put Handrail at outside steps as they are unusually steep. Also, all bedrooms are up about 15 steps. Just a note you may want to include. Might also want to point out which street to use in order to access back door. Otherwise very nice."

"Booked the space a day after giving birth. It was perfect home away from home. Stay was 10/10 communication was fast. We had two small issues that were out of the owners hands that he came to fix immediately. Felt like home, came with all the basic needs & more."
