"It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. "My family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place! The unit was clean and beautifully and thoughtfully stocked. It was plenty of space for our young family of 4. It didn’t have a designated eating area, which was fine for our group since we almost exclusively ate out, but might be a deterrent for others. "It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". "What an amazing stay at this Creekside Cabin. WOW! Scott was a wonderful host. Very quick to return emails and gave us some insight when the wildlife was near by. OHHH the wildlife. Deer, hogs, raccoons, birds- so great to watch them in their natural habitat. This cabin was perfect for my husband and I as we traveled across Tennessee. "Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

"The residence was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of space for a couple. The Keurig was very convenient and well stocked with K cups, creamer, and sugar. Train noise was definitely a thing the first night, but we kinda got used to it after that. Although the main bed upstairs was nice, we actually decided to sleep in the murphy bed downstairs most nights. It just felt a bit more cozy down there. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend to others!"

"This was a perfect stay for my friends and I! We loved the authenticity of the home and the old vibes it gave. We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville area!"

"The house was the perfect size for our family, very clean, well-appointed! The game room was perfect for my husband to work in while our daughter was at UT for a class all week. "We loved our stay at the Little Joe cabin on the Pon’erosa in Knoxville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UTK. Kevin and Brandi are great hosts and very responsive. They seem to think of everything. We felt more like guests in their home than as renters of a cabin. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds peaceful. Highly recommend it for a getaway."
