Short but sweet
This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again.

Cute house, great location. Ricky and Gina are very responsive and accommodating. Excellent communication. We were in Virginia for grandsons 3rd birthday at the park within walking distance of the house

Close to Beach
What a lovely home. Great for the whole family. Hosts were wonderful at communication with us throughout the weekend. Loved how close the beach was an easy to get to lots of restaurants etc. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating in the dining room and comfy living area. I hope we can return if my daughter goes to ODU

Quick out of town trip
Loved the location. The cottage had everything we needed. You are right across the street from the water. It was an easy walk to breweries and convenience stores. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, the host was on call if needed. Getting in and out of the house was easy. We were able to watch March Madness basketball. A great stay with all of the amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and cozy cottage
The home was nice and cozy. Easy to check in, the book they leave is really convenient and useful. The room upstairs is very spacious.

Ocean view stay
While the home was clean it did have a smell and there were bugs. The neighborhood was decent. There was ONE small bathroom. Plenty of towels, not enough cleaning supplies, no trash bags, knife set wasn’t complete.

Good Location
Location of rental was ideal. Close to beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked as we made a Thanksgiving feast for 5. Plenty of towels for the 5 of us and water pressure was fantastic. We didn’t utilize the upstairs but space would be nice for additional children as beds are small. Also plenty of room up there for air mattresses if needed. The front bedroom was quite noisy with traffic passing by and no TV’s in bedrooms. The driveway is not great as it’s a bit tricky to park multiple cars but we made it work. Overall it was a nice place, the owners are amazing and were extremely flexible with our check in time. Very responsive and helpful with questions!
