"The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

It was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of space for us to relax while also giving us easy access to explore the town on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the smart TV loaded with streaming apps was a great feature. The parking was critical for us as we were traveling with a carful of kid/baby gear - but as some others have noted, others in the neighborhood have a tendency...

"We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. Parking was a huge plus and makes this location that much more appealing! The only real negative was that the floors had clearly not been...

"We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!"

"My best friend was getting married in Newport and we rented this loft for a short stay. From the moment I booked this, to the moment we checked out, everything was seamless and easy. Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful! "The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, very close to lots of restaurants, and historic sites. The parking is first come first serve and there are only 2 designated spots, which can be a little bit inconvenient since some of the other visitors park their car and never leave."
