"This unit is small, but it is super cozy and has everything you need. The view was nothing short of breathtaking in the morning for the sunrise. The owners are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I definitely recommend it if you're looking to unplug for a few days and just enjoy the water and local area attractions. "My cousin and I came up for a get away. The cabin was perfect. Miss Huron was fierce and her waves were so soothing. We had a toasty fire all weekend and when we got low on wood, Q was right there restocking us. House was immaculate. We’d stay again for sure! Great location."

"I was looking for somewhere that could accommodate my elderly parents and found this lovely place in Tawas City. There are some steps but certainly much more mobile friendly for my parents than many of the waterfront homes I was seeing available. The home is beautifully appointed and honestly the views, the views, the views!!! Frank & Jennifer are amazing and very responsive to inquiries/questions. Sadly, my sister and I realized that this would probably be the last trip we will be able to take...

"The log home is gorgeous, spacious and clean. The setting is perfect— right next to Oscoda Beach Park and town. We loved hearing the waves from Lake Huron and watching the spectacular sunrises. The host was friendly and responsive. We’ll definitely return!"

"Great place for summer not for cold weather. the place was great,you should offer some amenities like salt/pepper,dish soap,shower soap ect. plus I was told it would sleep 6, not for adults maybe 6 kids. the other renters paid a 100,00 dollars for cleanup like me,the cleanup people did not do a very good of it,for instance pull out bed was full of sand and dirty tissue papers,no dusting on blinds for windows .I would not complain but i have allergies.overall i did have a good time.thanks."

"This cabin was SO CLEAN and cozy! It smelled so nice when we walked in, there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere, the beds and couches were super comfy, and the sheets were the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on. They had everything we needed and even had shower stuff if you forgot yours. Ive already recommended this cabin to a few people and we just got home lol. I will be coming back!"

"Location and neighborhood was great, except the traffic noise from Route 23 is very loud. A note for heat, there is not a thermostat, you need to contact the property manager and they will turn it on."

"Enjoyed our stay. A little difficult to find in the dark but otherwise great. Turn on dirt lane on the left near the end of Huron. Beds comfortable. Traffic didn't bother us. Plenty of room and very clean. Amazing shower. Would stay again. Thank you."

"We very much enjoyed the home like feel of the property. It was more enjoyable than a motel room. Way more relaxing than a motel/hotel. Hot water tank is a little small for 4 people, but easily fixed with some thought on how to share the shower time. "
