"Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

"The property was very clean. Check-in was easy. The owner was prompt to answer any questions. The location provided convenient access to shopping, dining, and the interstate. It is a little over 30 minutes to downtown Boston. We were able to walk the Freedom Trail, tour the USS Constitution, visit Salem and the Witch Museum, and ride to Kennebunkport, ME during our visit. The owner was even understanding when some dummy took the house key home with him and had to overnight it back."

"The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again."

"It was a very nice remodeled 3 bedroom and the owner took our calls and text right away. Had a little electrical issue in the kitchen for a few days but it was finally handled and a little refund was made. We were aprox 35-40 mins from Salem, Glouster, and other area's we drove to every day. My daughter and I had a great week."

"We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. "Na recepção não informaram que tinha que pedir para limpar o quarto, ficamos 5 noites, no terceiro dia, que seria a 4 noite pedi para limpar o quarto as 9:00 AM, porém a recepção não pediu ou seja fiquei com o quarto sujo, pelo menos me deram toalhas limpas. No café embora era só até as 9:00, não tinha acabado de comer ainda e a moça pediu para sair porque ela tinha que limpar o salão e não pode nem esperar uns minutinhos. Os dois cartões que abriam a porta todos os dias eu precisei ir até a recepção porque a noite ele não abria a porta para entrar. “Cartão não ficava junto do celular, conforme o recepcionista disse que poderia ser isso”"
