"The pictures do not do this place justice! This house is beyond amazing. Activities for all ages and plenty of room for a full baseball team and families. The owners were more than accommodating with our baseball schedule as well. This place is a must rent for any ages."

"I stayed here with my wife and two children (girls ages 1 & 4). This cottage was literally perfect for our family. The bunk beds with the adjoining door to the master bedroom was an ideal setup for us. Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. Infinitely better than any hotel option we had in the area! The cottage was also located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with lots to do and explore. Tim had some excellent recommendations for us as well. We even met the neighbors and they were so...

"We stayed at the Uptown Oasis over the weekend for a family wedding, and it was a great experience! It was located close to shopping and restaurants, the apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed! And Teresa was very responsive and friendly in all of her communications. The only thing we wished we had was more mirrors. The apartment only has one bathroom, and we had 4 people in our group that needed to get ready for a wedding. So it would have been helpful to...

"We were in Dyersville overnight for my nephew’s wedding, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. I would definitely come back for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. There’s a lot of outdoor area to lounge and relax and watch the kids play on the playground equipment. We loved the resident dog Willow…she kindly welcomed us to the very spacious, clean and well-equipped home away fro home. Thank you so much!!"

"I stayed here with my siblings and my niece and nephew. We were attending the Chalk the Walk festival and visiting our Dad. I loved how downtown was within walking distance. The bedrooms were perfect for the twins and we had the main room to watch TV. There was a back door that allowed us to load and unload our luggage. Parking spaces behind the building were appreciated too. The full kitchen was perfect for meals and a good game of euchre. I would stay here again."

"This house was spacious with a great room and kitchen large enough for group gatherings and meals! The kitchen was well stocked. The host responded to messages quickly and was very kind and helpful. The back deck is great for hanging out and there’s a large park with a playground and walking path next door. Highly recommend this house!"

"We stayed for three nights at Ryan's condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants. We enjoyed Textile, Millwork Gelato, and Fuse. Just an fyi-there is a bit of a walk down the hallway to the condo. And yes, there is a train right by the windows, but we made friends with it and thought it was pretty cool."
