"Super Location Das Haus liegt fussläufig zu Kotor an der wunderschönen Promenade .Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben Tips für die Umgebung . Wir bekamen Süßigkeiten Kaffee und Pfannkuchen . Der Parkplatz ist sehr sicher . After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. In system its showing our date booking as hotel.com but in person he is saying no room. He didnt allow us to enter. Tried to communicate with hotel.com but their customer service is also...

"DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. "We had a lovely stay. I would give 5 stars except the kitchen was a little under equipped with no utensils for cooking and no garbage can. Also, both the bed and the couch were very firm. They were both so firm it made it hard for both me and my husband to sleep. Other than that everything was great. I would consider staying here again if the sleeping surfaces weren't so firm. "
