"We love this property. It is perfect when you have adult children and teens. It really gives them space of their own. Our only downside is the comfort of living room furniture. Being colder and snowy this time, we spent more time at the house watching movies and college bb games. Just hard for all of us to be comfortable. Last year the weather was great and we hardly noticed, since we spent a lot more time walking around downtown. But overall I would highly recommend this property. Second year...

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay! The location was gorgeous in the winter, but I imagine even more delightful when everything is green in warmer months. It is basically next door to Wild Horse and a short drive into the Town of Hot Springs for the others. The bed and bedding were nice and cozy. The space was very comfortable. The reverse osmosis water filter was very much appreciated. We would definitely come back!!"

"We LOVED the front deck and spent majority of our time out here. Sue has lots of comfortable outdoor furniture set up perfect for visiting , and we enjoyed the horseshoes and cornhole games. The house has lots of upgrades done and was very clean. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need and werw grateful for the fresh eggs, bread and beef jerky. "Terra's property was perfect for our stay! Close enough to town (Three Forks & Bozeman.. Bozeman was farther away) yet far enough away from town to experience the ranch life, hunting scene, etc. The guesthouse is cozy and had everything we needed.. it was just awesome!! Good wifi too! We had a great time and felt like we could stay there forever. Highly recommend this property! Hope to return someday!"
