"I stayed at this property 20 years ago, and returned to northern Michigan for vacation for the first time since. It was exactly how I remembered it. Beautiful, peaceful property, with lots of activities. We had a beautiful view of the sunset from our room and it was spacious and decorated perfect. "Nice base of operations for our UP venture. Able to visit many of the sites and yet enjoyed the time at the cottage. Nice campfire by the lake. Weather was great and very few bugs. Great Lake view and comfortable accommodations. Definitely would return."

"This is the perfect spot to go in and out of the town of Saugatuck. The chain ferry is right at the below of the driveway and provides easy access to and from the shops and restaurants of Saugatuck. The pool was extremely clean and the view from the room was amazing. They also make their own coffee which is delicious, and the staff was very accommodating. "I enjoyed a peaceful weekend at The Lazy Fish, a quaint studio right on the water. The cabin was perfect for a solo traveler and my dog. The owner was welcoming and easily reachable, adding to the comfort of my stay. The private grill and shared firepit were great for enjoying the outdoors. There was plenty to explore in and around town. Ideal for anyone seeking a simple lakeside escape."
