Hotel bem localizado
Bem localizado, atendimento muito cordial e atencioso, quarto espaçoso, com cozinha, com um banheiro completo e outro lavabo, o que dá muita privacidade ao casal. Próximo de supermercados e lojas que dá par ai andando. Locação de bicicleta diária (duas horas) gratuito. Estacionamento no local, mas muito caro U$ 50 a diária, sendo assim utilizamos um PUBLIC PARKING que embora fosse um pouco mais distante, por volta de 1,2km, valeu muito à pena pela economia, tinha dias que pagamos apenas U$ 15.

Estrutura e atendimento impecáveis !
Hotel excelente e de ótima localização em Miami Beach. A equipe que me atendeu foi excelente, desde do balcão aos cuidados com você até o quarto. Quarto amplo, com vista para piscina e para o mar. Possui serviço de estacionamento no valor de $50 doláres a diária. Cama King, com limpeza e troca de roupa de banho diariamente. A parte da piscina e do restaurante muito bem estruturado e aconchegante. Perfeito para um pôr do sol. Voltaria a este hotel com toda certeza!

Recepção, no check-in fomos bem atendidos com direito à espumante, sala ampla, cozinha boa! e tem a sacada q tb precisa de uma reforma. Banheiro, falta uma luz melhor, tamanho bom, mas falta espaço pra guardar itens de higiene pessoal, Não tem prateleira. Qto ao chuveiro precisa de um novo, difícil regular, dentro do box precisa de uma manutenção, tem um espelho dentro que fica bem bonito com as cores do azulejo. Toalhas boas! Quarto, não tem blackout, acorda se cedo por conta da claridade, cama agradável, travesseiros bons. Piscina. é a melhor parte do hotel, bem charmosa, atendentes simpáticos, DJ na piscina, bar, vista maravilhosa! Serviço de manobrista preço ok USD15,00 por dia. No geral o hotel é bom. Localização é ótima! Acabei fazendo só vídeo do quarto. Segunda vez q fico nesse hotel, da 1º fiquei na cobertura foi maravilhoso, por isso voltei, acredito q cada quarto tenha sua peculiaridade. No geral o hotel é bom!

Hotel para adultos. Muito caro tudo que cobram extra a taxa resort. Cobram adicionalmente poltronas e sombreiros na piscina, piscina com muita frequência de não hóspedes nas áreas da piscina, dificultando uso hóspedes, limpeza precisa melhorar muito apesar de reclamado, enfim hotel para público descolado.

Amazing hotel, terrible hospitality
The hotel is amazing: pool gym structure, etc. Beautiful, clean. Good food. The prices is so high. But it's Miami. The terrible part is hospitality: the guys are so truculent, with no education, in the pool you don't receive the atendent to make order, need to go to the bar, the pool closes 6pm. A lot of things is necessary to change the hotel to next level - 5 star. If you don't care about the tratament of customer , the hotel is amazing.

When I first arrived with my boyfriend at the property, we were told we only needed to pay $307.80 by the third-party Expedia app. When speaking to the supervisor we were told we needed to pay $1,000 instead of $307.80. I was highly angry because Expedia nor the hotel told us we needed to pay $1,000 instead of $307.80. When speaking to the supervisor she tried to lower the prices to $800. On my debit card, I was charged $985. When finally completing the payment process. We didn’t receive the complimentary champagne. Shortly after arriving at our room, the room was extremely dirty. Mold in the shower, you can't even be barefooted. The bed was dirty and stunk everywhere. The refrigerator was broken and overstocked so you cannot put anything in it. I was not happy at all with my stay here at this hotel. I would not recommend coming here AT ALL.

Your feedback will be addressed with our staff. The cost of the nightly resort fee is 51.30 which totaled the 307.80 (if you length of stay was 6 nights). The security deposit is an additional 200 per day. That information is listed under the "policies," section of our website. Expedia is also aware and should have passed on that information to you.

First there is nothing that said valet was the only way to park and it’s $50 a night, Second after paying in full for the trip at check in they hit you with $200 a night deposit 😂, Third over was clean and staff was nice but the bathroom has mold in the shower and the sofa couch was broken we didn’t need it just shared a bed but we did let them no and nobody came to fix it. Pool staff was great bar staff great I wish their menu had a little more options but I guess it works for some people. Be prepared to spend money on parking and deposits though !!!!!

I was very happy with the early check in after our cruise vacation. Beautiful hotel, lobby, poolbar, gym etc. Very friendly en helpful staff.The room was great. I booked a suite. It was very spaceous. The beds were really small for a hotel bed, but we managed. The floor of our suite was unbelievably dirty though!! We dont usually walk with shoes inside so our feet got all black from the dust on the floor! We expected it to be cleaned the next morning at least, but although the next day the bed was made up and we got fresh towels, the floor was not swept at all. There was still visible dirtness on the floor! I asked the lobby if they could send someone to sweep the floor but we had to wait the next morning. It felt very uncomfortable as i am not used to such dirtyness. The bathroom was so nice, unfortunately the shower itself was really crappy wth very weak stream with luke warm water! Very disappointing from a hotel with such high end clean and beautiful pool and outside area. Also the suite had cupboards a small kitchen which was nice but than again no cups no plates or spoons etc. When asked the staff was helpful with that though. For the price we paid i just wished the outside of the hotel (lobby/pool/ poolbar etc) matched the quality and cleanness of the room it self. It felt a waste to feel so uncomfortable in a hotel room of a otherwise beautful hotel in such a nice neigbourhood. I hope they fix these things!

Really loved the location. The pool is amazing although some of those chairs and towels need refreshing. Nicoli and Priscilla kept us refreshed at the pool all day. That was by far a highlight. Maria at the bar in the lobby was also fantastic and so nice.

First night, we couldn’t sleep because of a next door neighbor’s fighting. The other thing was the mildew around the shower glass and you can see water damage on the ceiling. But on the positive, it’s closed to the beach about 10min walking distance.

So happy we booked this property. Views of Biscayne bay and downtown were absolutely amazing. Elevators were always fast and clean. Pool and bar were nice, wasn’t aware that pool closes at 7pm, the best time to enjoy the sunset from the pool. Now, let me say that we were greater by Mark. We have never been served by someone in a hotel by someone that genuinely wanting to help guests and to provide THE best possible experience and service to the guest he is helping. We were not even waiting for him to help us, I guess he saw us waiting in line and he approached us to see how can he help us. I am serious, Mark is the best. I hope this will be seen by his boss so he can be Thanked and rewarded in a way that’s possible for you. Thank you Mark!

I was satisfied until it was time for bed and there was a roach on my bedside table. I was totally disgusted and checked-out of the hotel at 3:30am and went to another hotel South Beach. The front desk was helpful with my concerns and offered to provide me with another room however at that point I was not able to feel comfortable in the hotel.

This was a weekend from hell. Room was dirty, they came to clean it it then smelled of vomit, changed my room, charged me $200 a night for deposit. Over charged me at the pool so i got a reserved bed for free the next day and it rained. No ice bucket. We paid for a 1 bdrm suite with double bed they changed us to a suite with 1 bdrm and that is not what i paid for!

Room was falling apart. Could not get Shower to operate properly. Water was either burning, hot or freezing cold and the handles were breaking tiles were dirty and falling apart sliding glass door to balcony can barely open or close. Here was left on the floor from previous guest or housemaids couches were dirty and sober carpets. TVs barely operated.

The bed was super uncomfortable and my bed sheets had blood stains on there which i hadnt seen the first night. The building and pool area was nice though. Hotel food was really good.

A lot of the staff seemed rude, and while their were some nice and helpful people, mostly I was disappointed.

I'm deeply disappointed with the hotel experience. Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with our luggage, and to compound the issue, the room is in an extremely outdated condition. The soundproofing is so inadequate that neighboring room conversations are disturbingly loud. Additionally, the bathroom floor tile is moving, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, the toilet flush won't stop unless manually lifted after each use. This entire experience has truly made our time miserable.
