"Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay."

"Melissa was a great host and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in TC. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighbors were very friendly, too! We had the entire beach to ourselves during our stay. I highly recommend Sunset Pizza and Florence’s Cafe. We would definitely return to TC and I would stay at Melissa’s place in the future."

"Just spent 10 days here and Brian has a very nice Villa and it has about anything you could ask for in it. TC is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane so things are a bit limited in this area although there were a few restaurants ( Sunset Pizza and Ocean beach Pool Bar and Grill, we liked) but just know everything is expensive! "This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again."
