Bom preço em Kensington
Muito bem localizado, perto da estação Earls Court e de charmosas casas de Kensington, o hotel é bom para o que se propõe: uma estadia relativamente em conta e com o conforto necessário. O quarto funciona muito bem para uma pessoa, mas provavelmente ficaria bem apertado para duas pessoas (espaço de circulação e tamanho da cama). Banheiro é ótimo e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem.

Uma Estada Razoável
O hotel é satisfatório. Uma boa localização, com uma estação de metrô (o excelente metrô de Londres) a pouco mais de 400 metros. Os quartos são bons e nos acomodou bem (2 adultos, uma adolescente e uma criança). A equipe é meio blazê. Não me senti acolhido e isso faz falta em uma viagem de família. Tivemos problemas com o funcionamento do cofre, que nos causo certo transtorno. Há estacionamento no Hotel, mas isso sequer foi oferecido. Acabei colocando em outro hotel, a um custo de 35,00 libras por 24 horas.

Aconchegante e moderno, bem londrino
Incrível descoberta esse hotel, numa localização excelente, sem tumulto! O hotel não serve café da manhã, mas tem frigobar, cafeteira , chaleira e microondas no quarto e há muitos cafés próximos, junto à estação de metrô. Volto com certeza, se conseguir bom preço na ocasião

Atendimento ótimo ! Hotel muito próximo à estação Earls Court o que facilita muito a locomoção em Londres. O quarto é muito bom ! Tudo limpo, arrumado, aconchegante e muito silencioso. Possui uma mini cozinha com pia, frigobar, louças e microondas que facilitam um pouco a vida caso queira comprar algo para comer lá. Porém, achamos o quarto com 3 camas, uma queen e duas de solteiro, um pouco apertado. As camas, improvisadas de sofás-cama não são tão confortáveis. Exceto por esse detalhe, pelo fato de não ter box no banheiro, foi uma estadia muito tranquila. Voltaria e recomendo esse hotel tranquilamente.

DECEPTIVE. It was a good property but the room was bad. It was in the basement with small raised windows looking out to the sidewalk where you could see legs of people walking by. Bait and switch to me. That room is not pictured in the listing. Expedia listing shows only upstairs view rooms or rooms with outdoor patios. Very disappointed and feeling taken advantage of. Make sure if you book here that you get a nice room selection confirmed first.

Unique and quaint hotel with lovely service. Incredibly convenient to get where ever you need. Great bakery and affordable restaurants near bay as well. I would definitely stay here again, I would just recommend spend g a bit more on a bigger room, something that doesn’t have construction outside your window. During our week-long stay at Resident Kensington in London over Spring Break, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail that made our celebration of our daughter's upcoming graduation truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating. Despite our room not being immediately ready, our wait was made comfortable with complimentary tea and snacks in the lobby. The staff consistently went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for local dining, sightseeing, and activities that ensured great value for our money. A highlight was the concierge securing us a reservation for a traditional British Sunday roast—an experience we eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed. Although there were minor issues with plumbing and housekeeping, the staff addressed these promptly and effectively, underscoring their commitment to service excellence. The hotel's location is also a significant advantage. Situated centrally in Kensington, it is just a 4-5 minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London with most major attractions within a 10-30 minute Tube ride. The area offers an array of dining and takeaway options, adding to the convenience. While the hotel lacks in-house amenities like a restaurant, gym, or pool, this is more than compensated for by the high standards of service. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily, and were well-equipped with a microwave,

Loved this hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was neat and clean. Wonderful neighborhood and just around the corner from Earl’s Court tube station which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed in the size of the room they initially put us in. I don’t usually complain or ask for my VIP perks but I mentioned the room was smaller than the one I booked and was told they could upgrade us to a larger room for a fee. When I mentioned the VIP benefit they had advertised on Expedia for a free upgrade when available they told me they didn’t know anything about that, just the welcome bottle of wine. We paid for the upgrade and everyone was courteous and helpful. Normally I wouldn’t have upgraded for just me and my husband but our two suitcases would literally not fit in the room. The larger room was not large by any means but big enough to fit our luggage. I’m a little surprised by their high customer rating.

I can see that you initially booked a standard double room with us, and had upgraded to a King room. Unfortunately our reception team were unable to offer a free upgrade on this occasion as our team member had to create availability for you to upgrade, due to having a lack of availability in our larger categories. We are pleased to hear that you found our reception team to be helpful, the team try their best to be as helpful and accommodating to our guest and strive for all guest to feel welcomed and for the hotel to feel like a home away from home. Good location just a block from an Underground station. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a King room and the space was good. Appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a quiet residential area 2 mins walk from Earl's Court tube. Our 3 bed room had a small kitchenette area which I wasn't expecting but appreciated. As a VIP Expedia guest the handwritten welcome note and complementary bottle of wine were a nice touch. Would recommend.

The area is quiet. Room is small but has every thing in need. Close to underground station and can walk to the museum St. only complained that one spoon was not very clean, Also, the fridge is too close to the draw on top. Everytime I opened the fridge door, my finger got scratched by the sharp edge of the drawer and my skin was peeled off.

The small double rooms can feel a bit too small depending on the purpose of the stay, the standard double gives a different feeling as it is a bit more spacious. We have informed our Housekeeping team of the occurrence with the spoon that wasn't very clean, so that appropriate measure is taken to prevent it from happening again. Our maintenance team has also been informed to investigate the positioning of the fridge in the room.Thank you again for your review. While the room was on the smaller side all of the amentitues were top nitch. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful in transportation to the airport and west end experiene planning. Wine hour was great and relaxing. All in all a great place to stay
