Terrible Experience
The room was hot, the bed was terrible, the TV was smaller than a laltop screen, the pillow was horrible and the mattress was the worst I ever slept in.... The overall quality/confort of the room was below anything I ever saw in a "hotel". For me the confort level of the room was so, so bad that I had to leave after the first night and find another place were I would be able to sleep. As for the location, if you need to be in Croydon, like I had to, the location is not bad. If you have to go to London, do yourself a favour and stay closer to the city. The check in was easy, and that was the only positive, but you don't get to really see anyone. There are no services at all available at the hotel. The internet works. Cable tv doesn"t. The shower is either too hot or too cold like other people said... The price was very expensive for what was offered. I ended up having to pay for two hotels for the second night, because I just could not stay at this place. So, it ended up being even more expensive. I will never stay at this place again and will avoid the "OYO Stays" as well. Terrible, just terrible.... it is the only way to describe this place....

This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs.

Postcode take us to another property finally found the place no reception tock us about 20 minutes for someone to answer the buzzer . Then after call to get the room information were we where staying in. Once in we were happy very clean and spacious. Again we didnt know were to leave key upon leaving. Abit more communication is needed

Overall a mixed bag. It was cheap and the receptionist was very flexible when we arrived concerning our check-in. However, the apartment was dirty and very worn. We mostly ended up eating out due to the low hygienic level of the place, which defeated the whole purpose of living in a place with a kitchen.

The reception desk was not attended at any time during the stay. I was directed to the room by an intercom at the front door and put the key in a drop box on checkout. This gave me a feeling the property was not very secure.

No brainer. Just choose this place.
I can’t understand why people spend the same amount of money to stay in a different hotel with no cooking facilities. This place might not be the Ritz but the money you can save because you can cook your own food instead of having to order in or eat out is great. Everything was clean and well maintained. I will be staying here again at some point.

Avoid unless you like living in a hovel
Very tired shoddy workmanship and for the price it was very bad! Should stay in Travelodge or a premier in..apart from towels and bedding the place was soo tired and looked like a council flat in disrepair. Very noisy and hollow partition walls! Never again as I couldn’t sleep

The receptionist was really nice soved any issues straight away. The room looked nothing like the one on the picture this place teally needs to fix up everything inside the room. Its ok for one night stay for a single person.

Ok place to stay, ok value, some minuses
Ok place to stay, ok value, Croydon is a Town in itself with good and fast options to get around, Victoria Station in less than half an hour from hotel, walk 1km and train. Nice with apt with kitchen, stovetop, micro, fridge, taster and so on. Wi-Fi did not work in my room, 15, (used mobile 4g instead) tv could only show a few channels, also with stops. Entrance with bad smell (ok in room) . Both bathtub and shower, warm water. Wc. Lot of shoppingpossibilities in the neighbourhood, also good takeaway, pubs and restaurants. 2 Big shopping-centres in C, and I mean Big.

I would really recommend this hotel since it will meet your privacy standards. It will make you feel at home. I really liked the kitchenette. It was very helpful. Needless to say that the staff were really helpful and respectful. I would really want to send my thanks to Nandeeesh because of his assistance to me on my last day.

Sejour très positif, les employés de l’hotel étaient très accueillant et la chambre était très bien pour le rapport qualité-prix ! Le quartier est bien il y a beaucoup d’endroits où l’ont peut manger pour très peu. Il y a le tram à 10 minutes de marche qui nous emmène près du centre de Londres en 20-25 minutes.

Sort out check in ahead - like the Crystal Maze!
Interesting check-in. Couldn't work out how to get in once we were inside the building itself. There was a bank of six minisafes containing keys, each with a combination locks, to which we had no codes. We weren't sent any instructions other than the hotels.com confirmation. On the reception desk was a OYO card telling us how much they cared about our satisfaction with a phone number to call. I rang it, asking how we accessed our room. The gentleman I spoke to couldn't help. He needed a booking reference in a different format from that which I had. I asked if he could search for my booking by my surname. No he couldn't - only by arrival date or booking ref. So I asked him to search by arrival date. He did this - BUT HAD NO RECORD OF THE FLEXISTAY TULSI on OYO's system!!! How can this be possible? Anyway, after 8 minutes getting nowhere, I noticed another number - a Flexistay number. The gentleman on the end of this was helpful and told me my room number and that it was unlocked with the keys inside. Sorted! The room itself was OK. The floor could have done with a sweep. The road noise was terrible, despite double glazing. But there was a fridge cooker, iron, hairdryer, toaster, etc. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was a nice size.

Good value for money property. Meets all the basic needs and despite its streetside location is relatively quite. Have stayed here a few times for short term needs.

In happy stay
Hi I stayed at Tulsi aparthotel before and it was really nice so booked it again .stayed at the same aparthotel and in the same room with my partner and it was really nice for the first day. The second day was not so good as my partner was sitting on the wheelie chair and one of the wheels came off causing my partner to a fall off the chair and hit his head.then on the Sunday night I went to go in the desk cupboard and the screws came through the holes in the to hinge.Now this make us have second thoughts about staying in this place again. As you don't expect somewhere where customers are staying to be that poorly maintained

Nice rooms. Noisy outside but you can't do much about that with it being in the town centre. 99% sure it's being used as a knocking shop though!

Nice spacious room. Mattress could do with a change (lumpy). Bathroom really nice and a good bath. Good there is a fan in the room (room was HOT). Utensils all there. Free washing machine facilities.

Fantastic option!
We loved this place! Spacious room and great kitchenette. Super close to metro and transit options. Such an easy commute so you can avoid expensive London prices. Good fish and chips restaurant and convenience store nearby. We will stay here again!

Pleasant place to stay
I was amazed at how clean, organised Oyo Tulsi is. Rooms were as described. Well presented. I was able to use the kitchenette and nothing compares to a quiet, clean, serene well positioned apartment. Going places was as easy as 5 minutes. This is the place to stay when one is away from home.

Ok, it's a cupboard with a small window. Ok for just 1 night. The shower base overran with water because the water couldn't drain quick enough, so could flood. The Romainain Clearer, not too pleasant and pretends not to speak English - no good if you ask a question, but seems to understand when suits. The other Clearer is much more pleasant and helpful. Apart from that everything was fine and well.

Didn’t see anyone from the apartments for check in or out! The bed was really creaky and tbh needs to be replaced, no plug for the bath and the shower head was placed in a ridiculous part of the bath
