"The cottage is on a hill side overlooking the harbour and the views from the small deck are beautiful at anytime.the drive up to the cottage is extremely steep and narrow and the turning point at the top is limited. Inside the cottage is spacious and light, but some areas need an update, especially the kitchen. The weather was good and we enjoyed our time there."

"Wir waren mit 5 Personen für 2 Wochen dort. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit WC sind vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten. Die Lage eignet sich gut für Wanderausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend schön, egal ob an der Küste oder im Landesinneren. Auto ist aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage notwendig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert."

"Lovely location as a base to explore the North West coast of the Highlands. Spacious house, good wood burner, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen with all you'd expect. My only complaint would be a lack of some sundries, such as there were only a few toilet rolls between us 7 adults and 2 children - 2 out of the 3 bathrooms we used ran out of toilet paper. We also felt they were a bit stingy with laundry detergent - something which again we ran out of and had to buy our own. The other...

"This is a great house for a crowd with open, welcoming kitchen/living room with a view in an amazing isolated spot overlooking a beach along the NC500. Sheep in the front and the waterfall a wee walk in the back. "What an unusual experience to stay in such a remote place. Our greatest pleasures were sitting on the outside bench watching life go by and all the remote walks we took. Plus…. the amazing piano! I played each morning to my heart’s content. Such a unique experience for a traveler to have music be part of their journey. Thank you Daisy. I’d love to meet you one day. Judith and Stephen"

"Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe fürs Detail! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Blick aufs Meer von der Schlafnische, aber auch aus dem Erdgeschoss! Abgerundet wird diese sehr positive Erfahrung durch den ausgesprochen freundlichen Umgang mit den Vermietern der Ferienwohnung, die für Rückfragen oder Tipps für Ausflugsziele gerne zur Verfügung standen! Sollten wir nochmal in diese Gegend Schottlands reisen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!"

"The cottage was in a very scenic and peaceful setting which suited us. We used the cottage as a base for some local walks and other walks further afield. We discovered that the cottage was about 10 miles from the nearest main road and it took about 30 to 40 minutes of driving on a single track road to get to the main road. The nearest grocery stores were in Lochinver. There was quite a lot of traffic on the single track road,with people visiting the lovely beaches at Auchmelvich and Clactoll....

"We have just enjoyed an amazing week in Loggie by the side of Loch Broom. Mark and Tamsin were fabulous hosts, the cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything from Lego for the kids, board games, tunnocks tea cakes, through to dishwasher tablets and art supplies. A truly beautiful location and a wonderful base to explore this wild landscape. Couldn’t recommend highly enough"
