You are corecy, we privide free transfer from the airport 24hts , beside that we waiti untill you clear up with inmigration and pick up your luggages and those take time we are happy to all for you. We have new bed sheets thats why feels like stiff and little hard. Some matresses protector feels very smooth to keep them clean.( its not plasctic). Regarding the hot water; we renovated with natural gas all the building, The company Calidda conected to all the buiding very safe.We used to use a gas cointainer and when it was over, we had to replace it and sometimes it took an hour. now with the new system it never ends is like the water that we have all the time and it never ends. our cleaning is our priority, poverty does not mean dirt, so we educate ourselves, thats so important for everyone.
