"This stay was just as nice as the previous stay. The house was clean. We were close to family & had a good time. The property owner had snacks available & toiletries that one may have forgotten. I will say to the property owner there may be rodents near or under the porch we kept hearing scratching sounds around that area. "This is a beautiful home and property. The owner is very easy to talk to and is ready to make sure everything is up to your liking. It is very quiet and peaceful. There wrap around deck is really nice to sit out on especially in the rockers. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. I stayed with a group of friends and every single one of us absolutely loved the design and decor. We’re actually starting to plan our next get together just to stay here again. "We loved the house! It is by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed at. Tastefully decorated. We felt at home during our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The mattresses were super comfortable. The owner communicated well and made our check-in and check-out so easy. We will definitely stay again, if in the area. The location of the home was convenient to area attractions, such as Henry Horton State Park. Only a short drive to Franklin. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay. The country atmosphere is nice. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The internet connection works great. If you are trying to decide to stay here pay close attention to the size of the cabin, the rooms and the overall accommodations. This is a small cabin with a small bathroom. There is not a sink in the bathroom; however the kitchen sink is close by with a small mirror. It is comfortable for 2 people."

"It maybe misunderstandings on our part but we didn't realize that the tents are in someone's backyard in a residential neighborhood. The night we arrived, it was rainy and cold. The tent leaked in several places, one was on the bed so it got soaked.
