"Everything was wonderful. We used the Signature pool and the MGM Pool. They were great. If you want to get a lounge chair be at the MGM Grand pool early. We went at like 11am and the pool chairs were all already taken. The valet and bellmen were A class all the way. The only complaint that I have was in tower 3 they close the valet early in the evening. We had to park valet at tower 2 and walk over. It wasn't far but we had groceries and it was a lot to carry from one tower to the next. Other...

"Owner canceled on my group about 30 minutes before we got to Vegas. We were stuck looking for alternative hotel options on the Thursday before EDC. Owner claimed he double booked. I’m pretty sure he listed it on a different site and whoever paid more got the reservation. When questioned about this the owners response was pretty much too bad. Overall pretty scummy."

"What I loved most about this trip was the communication I had Louis. He was very sweet and understanding. Besides that the room was very lovely, the front desk was very nice, understanding. We had no complaints about the room, we were able to celebrate our Wedding the exact way we wanted to. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much "
