"Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. Aconsejamos arreglar el automatismo de la verja. Carretera con mucho trafico y es dificil y peligroso la entrada y salida de coches."

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unserer Familie und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt .Wir konnten ungestört feiern,ohne,dass sich jemand gestört gefühlt hat . Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die recht viel befahren ist, so dass das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern für geräuschempfindliche Mieter etwas gestört sein kann. Für uns war das kein Problem. Die Villa hat sehr viel Charme und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause, das Highlight für unsere jungen Leute war der gepflegte Swimmingpool!...

"We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍"

"Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, bietet alles, was man braucht und entspricht den Beschreibungen des Anbieters. Jedoch ist das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett nicht so ideal für Erwachsene, da das Bettgestell etwas unstabil ist. Matteo stand uns immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten und die Kommunikation mit ihm war absolut unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen."

"Es war alles super, nur das 3. Zimmer im Keller ist kein gleichwertiges Schlafzimmer, das Bad ist eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Clo und Dusche. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und gut betreut. Gruß Christine"

Die Vermieter*in sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Tipps. Die herzliche und gleichzeitig auf Privatsphäre bedachte Art der Vermieter*in kommen noch als i-Tüpfelchen obendrauf. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. W & U , K & S , M & C."

The vintage home is meticulously restored to its original impressive detail-- but as comfortable as any modern home. From nearly every window and balcony (and there are many) you can see the soaring mountains, and the crystal blue lake, and Monte Isola directly across the water. "The house is lokated in a wonderfull small vilage with a breathtaking view! Everyone in the area is extremely friendly and helpful, no matter what the problem is. I never had so much fun finding the direction to a pizzeria ;) You should definitely look at and visit the recommendations for restaurants. It's been a very long time since we were so impressed by the food! We will return!"

"Tout est parfait équipement, emplacement super et esthétique recherchée. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne le matelas à ressorts qui mériterait d’être changé, car relativement inconfortable. L’annonce devrait indiquer que la voie ferrée est juste à côté ce qui occasionne du bruit dès 6 h 15 du matin. Ce n’est pas vraiment gênant mais il est dommage que l’information ne soit pas donnée. "
