"We booked this for an extended weekend and concert and enjoyed it! The location is downtown, so going into the weekend it was definitely loud with traffic and people, but to be expected. Unfortunately in the bedroom we could hear full conversations and even the opening of drink cans coming from the people next door. "A perfect little apartment for two people. It has everything you could ask for in a stay - a nicely stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed. We loved being so close to the U of U for graduation. A very nice area of SL with historic homes. It is a basement apartment, so upstairs floor noises of squeaking are audible. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, it is nice to be aware."

"My picky middle aged back definitely appreciated the bed. It was very comfortable! We were able to take Lime Scooters or walk to the Palace each day. The one issue we had when we first arrived, the property manager jumped into action immediately and made sure everything was okay. I was happy that I brought my eye mask and ear plugs. The condo is on the 4th floor, so the noise travels. It was very quiet in the middle of the night, but as I was trying to fall asleep there was some mild street...

"Amazing property! Beautifully maintained! Gorgeous quiet and a dream to stay in. The beds are so comfortable and you cannot hear the other guests renting out the top rooms from the bottom property. I will definitely be staying here again! The only thing is there is no parking on the whole street in front of the house and limited on site parking. If you are having a lot of people stay with multiple cars you have to park on the adjacent streets and walk."

"5 nights stay. Apparently I had. VIP access. I did not see that. Standard room with 2 beds. I asked for a room with a king bed instead but they declined. Ok hotel, clean and safe. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Rooms are not well insulated. I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the adjacent room. And they went to bed very late- like passed midnight! Nice views of the mountains on the 7th floor. Comfortable beds. Super close to convention center."
