"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Alles war perfekt - von der Sauberkeit bis zur Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und nett, sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unterstützt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls optimal, zum Einkaufen aber auch um in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!"

"This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! "This was our second stay in this beautiful villa and we enjoyed our stay even more since we were familiar with the area. It is located near enough to tourist-busy Bellagio, but far away enough that it is relaxing and quiet. The villa is beautiful and nicely furnished; the owner responds quickly and is welcoming. We hope to be back a third time!"

"The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4...

"Das Ferienhaus liegt eigentlich fast direkt am Strand (50m). Vom Haus erreicht man fußläufig das Centro von Sirmione, Restaurants, Bars usw.. Wenn man in die historische Altstadt will, kann man die Fahrräder nehmen, die auch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Insgesamt eine tolle ruhige Lage, ein nettes Haus mit super Ausstattung und Sirmione biete dazu noch italienischen Flair. Wir kommen wieder."

"Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auch kleine Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs sind vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und viel Geschmack im regionalen Stil eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Alles funktioniert bestens - auch die Klimaanlage arbeitet perfekt. "Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, super gastfreundlich, die Dusche im oberen Stockwerk wahr leider nicht sehr sauber, das Wasser ist auch nicht mehr gut abgelaufen. Allgemein war es etwas dreckig schon als wir gekommen sind. Die Spülmaschine und der Herd haben auch etwas gesponnen"

"Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite."

"Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Overall we had a delightful stay, a great time was had by all and George was really helpful !"

"This place is near the heart of Bolzano. Modern, clean, bright and well appointed. My wife and I stayed here and greatly enjoyed our time. Close to restaurants and attractions. Staff were helpful. Room is large and functional. Extremely modern controls. Our room had stunning view of the mountains. There’s also a fantastic gym with new equipment. We definitely stay here again."

"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "
