"What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again...

"The property is super clean, well kept, and inviting it’s a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fishing spots all around and loads of good food. People are friendly and it’s just a great place to relax. Brandon was an amazing and responsive host. We will definitely be back."

"Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after...

"This was a lovely, well appointed condo in a gated community in the country just south of Bloomington. It has a large deck looking out onto Lake Monroe. Four of us went for the Eclipse and it was a good experience. Everyone at Hills O' Brown, the company that rents it, was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and, overall it was quite peaceful. It was a nice place to get away from it all for a few days and I'd recommend it."

"Great place to stay if in town with friends or family. Main living area is excellent and includes all you’ll need. Walkable to everything in town. Bedrooms are good overall. Bathroom is the only odd part. Single bathroom that you need to walk through to access 3 of 4 bedrooms. Just note that the town essentially opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. There are just a few places open earlier and later. Brown County Park is beautiful for biking and hiking."

Nice amenities in the apartment- snacks and coffee, bathroom supplies, very comfy linens. Perfect location for us to access Purdue activities - a short Lyft ride to our niece’s apartment."

"This was our place to stay on a family trip for the total eclipse in April 2024. Washington, Indiana, was perfect for the eclipse, just about in the center of the strip of totality. This listing seemed perfect for our needs - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nicely decorated with WiFi and smart TVs, and a full kitchen. I was so pleased that it was available. "Pretty nice interior overall. A few dated and frayed items but overall high quality in general. You can tell the host/hostess is kind, leaving small items around the rental that increase the feeling of being at home. I would caution that it is clear that pets are allowed at the location, it is clearly disclosed however i didn't previously notice until we arrived. If thats not a factor for you, I would recommend this rental."
