"It was a nice four room upstairs apartment. It was nice and relaxing. I didn't end up using the TV or the video games included in the stay but it was a nice addition. The toilet tank stopped filling up for some reason and I had to refill it with water from the sink. Other then that a great place to stay for one or two days."

"The property owner was very responsive to my questions. The apartment is in a quiet building that is very well maintained. Grocery store across the street is convenient. Apartment was very clean and made my weeklong stay in January comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chicago. Pictures online are very accurate."

"Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable."

"The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and...

"Lovely views of Navy Pier or city view out of all windows. Bedrooms are generous in size and comfortable. It's not the newest building, but the location to shopping, restaurants, coffee places was perfect. Gym and pool were great and used well during our stay. Appreciated having linens/towels and assorted goods in kitchen and laundry so we didn't have to buy them. Would stay again!"

"This location is perfect for games at Wrigley. The Metro station is 3 blocks away. This was one of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. When we arrived the carbon monoxide monitor was beeping and needed new battery. A call to the owner got a new carbon and smoke detector installed promptly. Great customer service. "We took a trip to Chicago to take in a three game series between our beloved Padres and Cubs at one of baseball's cathedrals. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in this home as it was a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house was very well maintained and super comfortable. 6 stars out of 5."
