"Lovely villa, perfect for family stay to allow everyone to go at their own pace. Nice residential area - no traffic noise or other disturbances. Pleasant walk to and from Playa Blanca even with 4 under 10s in tow - much flatter than I expected. Lots of amenities nearby. Great communication with property managers both before and during stay. "After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk...

"There was not enough information given about the location of the apartment. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find the address. If it hadn’t been for the fact we had stayed in the hotel in the past, we would never have found it. The hotel reception manager was very rude to us when we asked about the apartment, saying that they had nothing to do with the private apartments in the hotel. They wouldn’t let us purchase Wi-Fi. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away.
