"The place is cozy and worked out just fine. We had some issues getting the door to unlock and no one was answering out calls. Luckily after about 20 minutes it finally worked. We didn’t hear back from the hosts for over an hour and that would have been a long time to be chilling outside. Garage was good for out car.. had a hard time finding the trash bins. Was not just us. Lots of people wandering around trying to figure out where they were. There wasn’t a manual that we could find in the place...

"Mike was an excellent host. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner. This is a beautiful spacious apartment with a great view! I came here for a motorcycle trip, so having a place with 2 designated parking places in a locked garage was a huge benefit for me. "We stayed here for 5 nights and loved everything about the property: the first thing that stands out when you arrive is the cleanliness of the apartment. Very light and cozy too. The location could not be better- 1 block from the beach, close to Main St restaurants. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. We will be back sometime soon!"

"Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem....

"We had a most comfortable stay at this property. The neighborhood was very friendly and walkable, only a couple of blocks from the beach, as well as an excellent dog beach! The condo had all of the amenities of home, including easy parking. We would absolutely stay again!"
