The first impression upon arriving at 9:30 pm after being delayed in Toronto 7 hours, getting to finally arriving to Vancouver with less than an hour to catch business class in order to fly finally to Honolulu ( duppodrd to have 5 hour layover, almost missed plane) The welcome was appreciated As it took so long to get there due to Sit Canada s delayed transportation without proper explanation stop ! We liked learning how to make a lei , do the hulli and go to a wonderful luouh was a real treat! The main breakfast room was delicious and the staff was friendly ! The only negative was there was no real support for outside activities ! We were approached with people trying g to buy a time share ! I adored Hawaiii and have stayed at many Marriot hotels I am staying g at the Marriot ( JW Marriott in Vancouver , and it’s wonderful ! To improve your ratings you need consistent service, and help staff to correct their errors! It took over 2 hours to correct errors on checkout! Not sure if I got it on my credit card ! Lastly tell me about how to your of Pearl Harbour and Dole Pineapple Factory to name a few ! I live Marriott and will go them! Hope you can improve your communication , customer service . Hopefully you will respond !
