"Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"There are just too many thing to list that we enjoyed. We booked this property for for Dads 80th Birthday supprise. The property more than catered for 19 of us with extrem comfort and space. The house and location was just beautiful with 4 acres of Garden to enjoy, along with the open water naterual swiming pond, out door eating area with wood fired Pizza oven and an amazing wood fire hot tub, just brilliant. "We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time."

"Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)"

"Staying in the lovely cottage in Shaldon was an absolute delight! The accommodation itself is excellent and close to amenities. The village boasts a bakery, inviting pubs, and the fantastic Clipper restaurant, ensuring there's never a shortage of delicious dining options. Additionally, the short walk to Teignmouth provided ample opportunities to explore the pier, browse quaint shops, indulge in cozy cafes, and even take a scenic ferry back to Shaldon, making it a truly memorable and picturesque...

"Fabulous large property for a large group, lovely gardens, tennis court and surrounding fields with sheep, very peaceful. Large bedrooms, comfy beds. Bathrooms need to be updated with showers and property felt a little "tired" We all had a great time and would stay again in the future."

"This is probably the very best holiday accommodation i have ever stayed in. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen was superbly well equipped. The grounds are extensive, wirh beautiful views. We were here in late spring when rhe blossom and birdsong are amazing. We had an age range of 9 to 70 and everybody was happy. The games room got a lot of use! The hosts were pleasant and gracious. A very very big thank you to our hosts. Worth every penny!,"

"An all male party of 6 stayed for 3 nights and the property suited us perfectly. Communication from the owners was good. The furniture was perhaps a little ‘tired’ but did not affect the quality of our stay as it has everything we needed."

"Homestead was clean tidy and comfortable, and was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Definitely recommend. A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care."

"The Leonardo was very clean, staff were really nice, lovely comfy beds n pillows and the breakfast was very good. I was on the 5th floor facing the rear and the room was very quiet. Park opposite the front of the hotel not at the back and save yourself £3/day. A quick but comfortable stay. "
