"Despite the nice (albeit muddy) backyard, the washer/dryer that worked, and our host being responsive and even coming out to help with the oven, it wasn’t enough to ever recommend anyone to stay at this property. The trailer is located in an extremely run down area, full of of other uncared for trailers, many full of junk in their yards. This trailer was very old, with soft spots in the floors on the verge of falling through when stepped on, gaps between the wall and door, windows in poor...

"Just needed a place to stay between visits to Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. This quaint cabin had everything we needed, and it was clean and quiet. Not much else in the immediate area, but just a short drive from Bryce Canyon. Tad was great at communicating."

"This cabin was in a great location to explore Bryce Canyon, the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument area, and Kodachrome. It was so easy to get to everything. It surprised us by being right in town but was quiet with a nice patio area in back to grill and to sit and enjoy the view. And, it has a great covered porch on front which was perfect for shade and shaking out sandy hiking gear. Comfortable main bed and even the pullout couch/bed was sleepable. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We could not of asked for a more comfortable, cozy place to stay. The house was amazing and we were all very happy with everything that came along with it. Eric was always very fast to answer all questions immediately and gave us such awesome insights on what there was to do and where to find things that might be of interest to us. We loved our stay here."

"We stayed here while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. It was a lovely bunkhouse and Cheri was a great hostess. The place has everything you need and is decorated very nicely. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it and stay again in the future. Thank you!"

"Quite and off the beaten path. Great views from the porch. Cabins are spaced out far enough to be private. Only complaint is no where to bring trash and only two very small trash cans in the cabin. They did not pick up trash until checkout. "

"Overall it was a great place to stay. The place had everything we needed. Owners were so nice to have fresh eggs and little snacks for us. Super clean and comfy. Perfect place to stay, a home away from home. Very close to Bryce. I would stay here again and recommend it."

"The pictures don’t do the home or the location Justice. This is an incredible stay! Minutes away from Bryce and close to many other parks. The kitchen and bathrooms and truly every other part of the home- it’s pure luxury. Heated kitchen floor!!! Which is soooo good when you’re trying to get moving in the morning! My hubby and I were seriously so sad to leave it, I just have to hope it’s still on VRBO when it’s time for us to return. Fingers crossed!!!"
