There were lots of little kids with diapers etc in the hot tub. I also made my reservation a month a head and because a bus load came in we got put in the pet friendly room and we didn’t have a pet. It was very clean though and very nice staff. Would stay there again. Very nice big rooms.

The hotel was fine. However I do not care for "surge pricing" and did not notice the large increase in the rate for my final night until I got my invoice. Also I was charged for 2 guests on the cancellation insurance. I was a party of 1 but I suppose I will have to take that up with Expedia.

The manager screwed up our reservation and charged me again for a different room even though i had already paid. Then when they noticed I had already paid for the first room they wouldnt refund me for the second one

Nicer and more modern / up to date than I was expecting at the price point. Included breakfast was a full spread. Staff was super helpful. Curtains did not close fully and I was facing the parking lot - so privacy concern (front desk helped me find binder clips). Only other concern was how long it took to get to Park City. Waits for Uber/Lyft took a a while - and it was during Sundance and daytime. Public transportation to Park City would require two different shuttles.

Easy friendly check-in and out. Room was great. Lobby is really cool. I didn't have time to check out many of the amenities, they had a nice machine for coffee. Highly recommended.

I was in Park City for Slamdance but didn't want to be surrounded by the hub-bub of the two film festivals going on at the same time. Loved the gym set up at this hotel, loved the size of the rooms and the free breakfast had great options and loved that there was always ice water available. Will stay here again. Only pickle was Ubers were hard to get in the AM.

Very clean and very nice
Checked in front desk lady was absolutely divine. Don't remember her name but it was smooth and quick. The room had everything and was it ever clean and smelled nice. I'm on my way to breakfast. And it's pet and service dog friendly. Considering all the hotels I've stayed in this week this is by far the best and the most pricey, but still do you want comfort and cleanliness and no cockroaches? This is a place to be, thank you for such an easy check in and thank you for having such a clean hotel. Very much appreciated.

Must be fairly recently remodeled - very nice lobby and guest rooms. Good morning breakfast. Very friendly staff. Two areas of concern; mattress was below average and the bath towels were weathered. Would stay again.

Great place
Staying here is a highlight of our trip. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast was excellent with real fruit toppings for the waffles, fresh egg dishes and many other options. They were great with our dogs. We really enjoying staying here.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had a suite since we had 5 in our party. All of the staff was wonderful except one. We had 2 cats and the staff was very happy to have them with one exception (and she nearly ruined the experience but we didn't let it). We spent the holidays there and the lobby was decorated so nicely.

Stayed for three nights. Pros: --Fast food within walking/driving distance. --24 hour pool/spa --Staff was very friendly and helpful --Room (one king bed) was spacious and had a fridge, microwave, and a sink in the kitchenette. --Coffee maker in the lobby available 24/7 Cons: --The provided microwave was very weak and everything required 2-3 times longer to heat up. Nothing was heated up evenly. --The room was pretty dated. There were places where baggage had obviously hit and gouged the wall, tile in the bathroom had separated from the tub --The curtains in my room didn't close all the way due to a tear having been taped up. --Stains on the carpets, particularly in the hallways.
