"We enjoyed that the property is walkable to so many things from food to shopping. The parking is great. We enjoyed the outside patio and the breakfast. Negatives were our room had a mildew odor, the toilet tank took forever to refill, the shuttle to Hershey Park is no longer operating and housekeeping only emptied our garbage and took used towels. "

"Very nice hotel with great customer service. The restaurants could have have better food for someone on a special diet for health reasons. The shower in my room wasn’t great. But overall a great experience "

"Staff was awesome. I arrived a few hours early and was just going to ask if there was somewhere i could stow my bag until later when i could check in so I could waner around a bit, but the lady at the desk was really awesome and since there was a room ready; she allowed me to check in right away. The food in the restaurant was really good, a bit pricey but delicious. The server was awesome. She was working by herself but stayed upbeat and friendly despite rushing around."
