"We went to Hannibal for a girls weekend during the Chocolate Tour. The house was perfect and in a great location. We were within walking distance of the square. Our house was supplied with all we needed. There was 5 of us and we each had our own room with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this wonderful house. "This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage."

"The house was perfect for a weekend at the lake! The kitchen provided ample space and resources for meal prep. The grill and fire pit were an added bonus. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect as it is only a few miles from the marina and a few miles from Monroe City. The 20 minute drive to Sweetwater Distillery is a must!"

"This property was so comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the thought the owners put in to every aspect of this holiday house, from the essential supplies provided to the good quality towels and linen. The air conditioning worked wonderfully well and kept us comfortable in the unusual period of fall heat. Although not a walkable area, we were able to catch ride share where we needed to go during our stay and have groceries delivered easily. I highly recommend this rental to others needing...

The fenced-in backyard was shaded and offered a great place for our dogs and us to relax a bit outdoors. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our adult daughter enjoyed walking to the pubs and main streets of town, so the location was great, and we felt very safe in this historical town."
