Hotel inesquecível
O quarto é incrivelmente amplo, confortável e elegante. Possui uma cozinha completa que se integra perfeitamente ao ambiente. O banheiro é um luxo. O atendimento em todas as áreas do hotel é bem atencioso. O restaurante tem variedade e o preço é acessível. Os itens do café da manhã é bastante variado e de qualidade. Possui uma área aquática coberta, disponível no período da manhã em dias úteis e o dia todos nós finais de semana. O hotel fica bem próximo ao trem para o aeroporto e ao metrô para os pontos da cidade. É possível ir a pé aos pontos turísticos como ao Museu do Submarino U-434, ao Mundo em Miniatura (Miniatur Wonderland) e ao exótico edifício da Filarmônica de Hamburgo (Elbphilharmonie).

Excelente hotel
Hotel muito bem localizado, com pessoal da recepção gentil e prestativo, tendo inclusive uma funcionária Uruguaia, cujo nome esqueci, de uma gentileza impar, sempre sorridente e auxiliando em tudo que necessitamos. No quarto há uma mini cozinha, suficiente para fazer um bom café da manhã.

Na linha dos comentários que tinha lido. Absolutamente impecável. Nada de negativo a referir. Tratamento 5*. Todos os hoteis deveriam ser assim, recepção atenciosa, limpeza sem qualquer reparo, tranquilo, pequeno almoço pleno de variedade ( poderia ter mais doces) e localização excelente.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer sowie Personal ist klasse. Ein Anruf beim Housekeeping und Kochset für die Küchrnzeile wird kostenlos geliefert. Ebenso ein Podest damit ein Kind an das Waschbecken kommt. Hotel wird bei allen Plattformen mit Pool angegeben. Hier habe ich zum 1. Mal erlebt das Hotelgäste (Freitag-Sonntag) 15€ Tagespreis für den Pool Wellnessbereich bezahlen müssen. Diese Tatsache hätte ich auch noch akzeptiert. Das Kinder unter 12 Jahren im Poolbereich nicht erlaubt sind, ist nicht zu akzeptieren. Diese Prämissen sollten bei den verschiedenen Plattformen ersichtlich sein. Auch wenn es auf offiziellen Hotelseite zu finden ist. Habe für mein Kind ein Hotel mit Pool , in Expedia gefiltert. Halte das für irreführend das hier das Madison Hotel auftaucht.

Lieber Marco, auch hier möchte ich mich noch einmal für Ihr Feedback bedanken. Ich freue mich, dass Ihnen das Hotelzimmer sehr gut gefallen hat. Es tut mir unglaublich Leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch das benachbarte MeridianSpa getrübt wurde. Wie bereits erwähnt, handelt es sich hier um ein externes Unternehmen, mit dem wir uns das Gebäude teilen. Vom MeridianSpa werden die Hausregeln vorgegeben. Ich kann Ihren Unmut nur zu Gut verstehen, denn auch wir sind mit den Regularien und beschränkten Nutzungszeiten nicht glücklich. Leider sind uns hier die Hände gebunden. Auf den Buchungsplattformen lassen sich konkrete Angaben zu den Nutzungsmöglichkeiten leider nicht hinterlegen. Wir werden aber hier noch einmal prüfen, ob wir eine Lösung finden werden. Not as good as at thinks
Nice hotel in good location. Breakfast very expensive at 26 euros per person so went to backerei nearby instead. Reception staff not welcoming or helpful. Bar staff great.

The hotel was very clean. The room was huge and had lots of space. There was a mini-fridge, fancy coffee machine, & even a small 2-burner stove.

We stayed at The Madison 2 days before and after for our 7 day cruise. Coming from the US, one of the concierge, Mr Fingers, prearranged obtaining info on a Christmas Oratorio at the nearby St Michael’s Church for us. We had many questions for him about transportation, nearby restaurants, taxi service to the docks and airport, etc. He eased our minds with responsive and timely answers before we ever left. This was our first trip to Europe and being seniors were concerned about many things. When we arrived at The Madison, the entire staff was helpful. The studio room was perfect for our needs. On Christmas Eve Day our cruise ship returned to Hamburg at 7:00 am. We returned to The Madison at 9:00am to store our bags until the 3:00pm checkin. They gave us our room immediately upon arriving which was so much appreciated. After attending a concert later in the day, we returned to our room to find a lovely Christmas basket of fruit and candies. We found the restaurant downstairs (Marley’s) very good. And across the street is The Amber Cafe which was great for soups, sandwiches and pastries. This hotel is highly recommended for cost and service.

Comfortable stay
I stayed at The Madison together with my daughter for three nights. We found the room to be very comfortable. The bathroom was in very good condition with a luxurious shower area that kept the rest of the bathroom floor nice and dry (surprisingly uncommon at hotels in my experience) and the cleaning was flawless. A big desk and fast Wifi was also much appreciated since this was a combined vacation and work stay. We paied extra for breakfast (although on the expensive side) and didn't miss anything from the breakfast buffet. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the dinner we had the first night, but there are other restaurant options within walking distance that I would recommend. The area just outside the hotel has nothing much to offer but you can reach the main shopping street by a fifteen minute walk and a nice area with lots of Portuguese restaurants is also within walking distance as is the boardwalk along Elbe and the metro station.

First time Hamburg
Hamburg is a city full of surprises. The Madison hotel was situated within easy walking distance of most of these attractions. The staff were friendly,approachable ready to share their knowledge of the city.I would recommend you stay there . Good all round experience
