"This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list."

"Property is great. And in a wonderful location! The only problem i had was the electricity had an issue one day and i didn't have wifi or a working washing machine or tv or lights working in the bedroom. They fixed it. But it took several hours."

"The location & comfort of this townhouse was exactly what I needed for a 3 day basketball tournament. It is a few minutes outside of the main city but was very close to the tournament facility. The layout of the townhouse made it great for me to have quiet space while the 3 teens I had could relax & good off after the games. So much better than a hotel & restaurants. "This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great."

"The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds. "

Not THAT good as the website brings.
"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. For the breakfast, I had to get 4 dirty knives before I found the first clean. Breakfast is as simple as the ones offered by half-price hotels. Nothing better because it was a Hyatt one. Mattresses are too soft. The bedroom and bathroom well renovated and very clean. "
