We are continuously working on improving our accommodations to provide a better experience for our guests. In fact we have renovated rooms also that were renovated 2023. In regards to the service, we apologize for any slow response or lack of attentiveness you encountered. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we will address this issue with our staff to ensure better service in the future.We would also like to clarify that we provide two complimentary bottles of water per day in the rooms, and additional bottles are available in the minibar at an extra charge. As for the concierge taxis, they are private transfers that can be paid either in cash or by credit card, providing convenience and flexibility for our guests. Also we provide free shuttle upon availability to and from Chora, airport, port. Once again, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced during your stay.
