"We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. "Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion"

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

"My sister and I saw the Mighty Five. Our stay in Duck Village was very enjoyable. The only suggestions I'd have is PLEASE be more specific on where the garbage drop off is located. We left when it was dark and never did find the dumpster to throw away the trash. Also please provide a TV channel guide. Overall a clean and comfortable place."

"Kanab provides great access to Zion, the North Rim, and Bryce Canyon. We also loved visiting Best Friends and short hikes near town. The pool and hot tub were great breaks at the end of busy days. The condo had every thing we needed for a great stay! We'd definitely rent again in the future."

"2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back."
