The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. "The property was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need. The kitchen was especially well stocked with appliances, which we didn’t have time to take advantage of! "We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. "Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely."

"Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. "This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!"

"This apartment fit our needs perfectly. The room sizes are generous and the kitchen is appropriately set up for short term stays. The Owner was responsive and extremely easy to work with. "The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

"We stayed over Mother's Day weekend. It was a lovely house with two large family areas and TVs in every room and access to our streaming apps. We were disappointed the yard was not mowed w/tall weeds. Some of the deck is starting to fall apart. It wasn't suitable for the 3-year-old to run around in.
