"The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."

"The property was very accurate to the listing online. Wasn't far from the strip. Hot tub and pool table were a hit with the teens. Overall loved the cabin and the location would stay there again with my family."

"This was our first time staying at one of their property’s. Check in process was super easy. The place was clean with the exception of the dishes that all had to be rewashed due to soap being on them still. They provided essentials. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because the jacuzzi and AC didn’t properly work. I reached out via message but never heard anything back. It was kind of disappointing to not be able to use those amenities. Otherwise, it was a great stay!"

"Great place! Close to the great smokies, nice deck, little swimming pool and hot tub which is fantastic for kids. Managers super responsive. Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!"

"The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice."

"overall the property was great. Excellent Location. The hot tun was difficult to turn the temp down and the jets do not work well at all. The fireplace was not working, contacted the host and was told someone would come but never did. Dishwasher had standing water in it and did not work. "I'm giving it an all-star 5 rating, particularly due to the lightning-speed responsiveness to any questions. The location is fantastic, and the cabin has nice features.
