"We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house....

"Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again."

"Tastefully decorated, comfortable, well appointed. We enjoyed the arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms as we each (2 ladies) had our own area for sleeping and bathing. I will make one suggestion: both shower curtain liners need replacing. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"Had a wonderful stay during the eclipse. The owner treated my wife, two daughters, and me like family. We even grilled chicken together and drank some of his excellent wine. We loved the "Garden of Eden," wine selection. We stayed above the wine tasting room at the main building which had hardwood floors and was neat and clean. We took a drive down to the cabins which were very nice and secluded in the woods. They were sold out but looked very nice. Thanks for all Nitzan."

"We had a great stay at He Said She Shed! We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country."

"We loved our stay at this cute house in Fredericksburg. It had all the amenities needed and was super clean. Our 2 dogs had a great time also. The yard is fenced and really big. We loved walking to the Herb Garden restaurant and getting great meals. The area is walkable and close to town. Thanks for a great stay!"
