"Over as this place was great! I was there with a group of 5. We really appreciated the amenities (pool, sauna, coffee bar and restaurant/bar). The place was clean and beds pretty comfy for what they are (*trundle and sofa bed). Some minor things would have made this stay even better. We were aware there would be no condiments, coffee filters, cooking oil. However, those minor things would have been small details to create convenience. Nonetheless, I’d for sure stay again!"

"Condo has a very nice lay out with views from all rooms , spacious, very comfortable . We are water drinkers so my only complaint was no ice maker or filtered drinking water …but loved the place other than that !"

"Newly updated spacious condo was prefect for our family of five. The condo was very clean and easy to access. There are beach items at the condo like a rolling carrier, chairs, boogie board, umbrella, etc. Washer/Dryer was a bonus. Close to restaurants, souvenirs shops, stores and excursions. One thing that wasn't clear (at least that I could find in the communications) was that there is a private beach across the street from the condo entrance. We walked about a half-mile to go to the public...

"This condo was just perfect for us. It was unexpectedly filled with amenities! Very comfortable and clean. Great view of the Gulf. Great location near everything. WiFi reception was not the best.Spotty at Best. Also the outdoor pool was closed because of construction so be sure to inquire if your a pool user.The company providing beach chairs and umbrellas surprised us 1st day by not letting us put up our umbrella. "We loved the condo and it’s location! The furniture in the living room could use a little updating but other than that the condo was perfect. Comfortable beds and had a full kitchen of utensils and new appliances! We will absolutely be staying again in the future!"

"This was our first visit to Destin. The condo was perfect for the two of us. VERY clean and so quiet. It was like we were away from everything, but we were really close to so many things. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay. Very close to a beautiful beach. Everyone was so friendly. If I could I would rate give this 10 stars!!!"

Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up."

"I would give it a 5 star all around but there are a few thing I didn’t like, the stay was great, the wharf town nearby was amazing (expensive tho), the whole neighborhood was amazing, the complementary bicycle rentals are a must! And the view from my room was exceptional. One of the thing I didn’t like was the fees that you have to pay additional to your stay, cleaning fee per stay, resort fees per night and incidental hold per night… its been a couple of days since I checked out and still...

"Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! "
