"Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back."

"Great spot to stay! Genuinely very happy with our experience. Extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and complete privacy for a couples stay or a small family. Host has great attention to detail and offered helpful things like beach bag, beach towels, games, sunblock, commonly forgot items, etc. Really loved our stay! We used Uber to travel into downtown Cape Coral and to Fort Meyer Beach both an easy trip from the house!"

"The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled...

"1. We found a very strong musty / damp moldy smell predominantly in the living room. 2. The AC in the living room simply didn't cool! While the one in the bedroom (thankfully) was functional. 3. The shower hardware was very loosely attached to the shower wall. We were afraid it would fall off and flood the place."

"Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block."
