Andrew, Sabrina were very attentive staff. Made us feel right at home, pleasant attitudes and great service! We arrived later evening Friday and our water was not working. We called and got after hours who was polite and sent maintenance straight over. Josh arrived and instantly fixed the problem and even circled back around to make sure we had hot water. Would definitely come back just to visit the atmosphere and staff.

The cabin was really cute. Mostly clean. A few things could have been cleaned better but overall it was good. My issue was the communication. There are prescribed fires in the area. We should have had a little warning that it was a possibility that the smoke would settle in the camp. That would have saved me from a lot of stress and a sleepless night. When we brought it up to the reception she quickly brushed me off that since I booked through Expedia I would have to deal with them. No concern on how stressful it was to have a cabin full of smoke with an asthmatic guest and not knowing if our cabin was going to catch fire. She belittled our concerns.

Still building and working around the property. Seems like they are still working on finding staff and getting organized. On a Sunday afternoon, they ran out of pool towels.

Nice little cozy cabin with lots of amenities. It was only 2 of us but it slept 6 for being small. It had all the kitchen utensils, dished, pots, and pans. There was a little hangout area/deck on top. Hate that we were so busy running around the state parks, that we didnt get time to enjoy it as much aa we could have.

We really enjoyed our stay and the view was very nice. The place was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Our only issue was the outdoor fire pit would not stay on for more than an hour or so. They said they replaced the propane but it still seemed to have a limit on it. Not a big deal though. Overall highly recommend.

Awesome place to take the family. Centrally located to Sedona for hiking, Bearizona, and Williams for the train to the Grand Canyon.

We enjoyed our stay at the Village Camp Flagstaff. The cabin was cozy, warm, and clean. We parked right outside our own detached cabin unit. The beds were comfortable. Our son loved the loft area. Heaters and hot water worked great. The property is clean. It snowed quite a bit when we were there and it was awesome. The fireplace appliance in the living room is awesome and so is the upstairs balcony firepit which we used to sit outside and did some late night stargazing. We drove to Grand Canyon and there were groceries not too far away so it was great.

Cabin was well built and had a lot of internal space for four people. Bathroom fan was broke, but overall the cabin was well equipped and laid out nicely with a big shower and bathroom along with a king size bed.

The camp location and cabins are nice and new. The common area is inviting. Unfortunately, we were without hot water for two days while it snowed. We had to boil water in a pot on the stove to cat bathe. Management did not fix the problem before we needed to leave.

The stairs to the community/check in area were not cleared of snow. Really difficult to get the the hot tub. The pool towels were frozen due to not being stored properly. Trash was not picked up as stated they said it would be. The electric fire place didnt work and the wifi is spotty. The front desk lady upon check out was unfriendly. The cabins are nice, but probably mostly because theyre still new. We are a family of 4 and stayed in a cabin to sleep 6 and couldn't all get a warm shower in the evening because the hot water ran out.

Very cute tiny cabin. The heater works amazing especially since it’s wintertime. Not ideal for families with infants/toddlers, but great for older children. Not quite enough family activities on site. There was supposed to be a yard game area but it wasn’t setup when we were there. An indoor game room would be nice since the location is outside of town. Overall, very nice modern tiny cabin.

Great ATV/RV location. They built these bungalows to rent which is where we stayed. Clean. Had small kitchen. ACs worked well. Super nice set up. Small little house. Would stay again. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was about 15-20 min ride to nearest restaurant in Flagstaff. Gas station and McDonalds in the corner.

My son and I stayed in the Spruce/mountain view cabin for Thanksgiving. This place is unique, quiet and the staff was great! We made the short drive to the grand Grand Canyon on Thanksgiving, then back to fix our dinner in the full kitchen. Got some snow on our last day, so that was pretty exciting. We will definitely be back for different seasons.

Unplug and Disconnect…!!!
This place checked all our boxes! We live in the Valley and need to unplug and getaway for a couple of days. This place over delivered, cute cabins and beautiful grounds and 10-15 minutes away from Flagstaff depending on how heavy your foot is !!! Mornings by the fire pit followed up with a walk in the woods and to top it off a morning yoga session! This is a must stay location if you like amenities and the comfort of a resort !!!

We didn't get the actual cabin we booked. However, we got one almost the same. The hair conditioner was empty in the shower when we arrived. Overall we had a great stay. Our family will most likely come back when all the amenities are fully built.

Came here on a whim and left falling in love and booking our next trip while we were still there. Place is clean, everyone is so friendly, customer service is amazing, and it was just an overall amazing experience. I highly recommend!

Can’t wait to be back!
Our stay in the village was AMA-Zinggg! The cabin was adorable, comfortable and very clean. The only small complaint was the moving train. It passes by 2-3 times a day. If you’re a light sleeper you will hear it. Other than that, this place is so inviting and the location is beautiful. Will def be staying again soon.
