"This is a pretty nice place to stay. It would be especially good for a couple with 4 kids since there are two bunk beds in the separate bedroom. The area around the stairs is not taken care of with trash and leaves. Also, the gate to get to the downstairs is hard to open. It would be nice to have paper towels and tissues. During the day, it was a little noisy with kids dancing upstairs. There were also no forks in the silverware drawer which is kind strange. Otherwise quiet and comfortable."

Unfortunately room wasn't in the best condition for cleanliness.. the previous guests dishes were still in the dishwasher (and dirty), Plus a few tissues under the bed/back of the side table. "We booked this for an extended weekend and concert and enjoyed it! The location is downtown, so going into the weekend it was definitely loud with traffic and people, but to be expected. Unfortunately in the bedroom we could hear full conversations and even the opening of drink cans coming from the people next door. You get a lot of bang for your buck; despite the cheaper price, it came with all the amenities you'd want, including a fancy heated mirror and included washer/dryer! The host was very responsive too. "A perfect little apartment for two people. It has everything you could ask for in a stay - a nicely stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed. We loved being so close to the U of U for graduation. A very nice area of SL with historic homes. It is a basement apartment, so upstairs floor noises of squeaking are audible. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, it is nice to be aware."
