"This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!"

"Perfectly stocked, clean, comfortable with perfect yard and porches. The walk to downtown is not too far, but not a trip you would want to do multiple times a day. The location is great for bike riders because a large park is directly behind this home. The street is quiet and secluded. Our 24' motorhome fit perfectly in the driveway."

"Beautiful house with beautiful yard including visiting deer, The house was a little further from town than I realized but just had to plan to take the time to get places . The house is well stocked with everything you need except for condiments which seems standard after Covid. The deck overlooking yard is a great place to relax and BBQ."

"This was my second time staying at the property. It’s a perfect little sanctuary, close to everything and has everything you need. The location is great, has off street parking, and a private fenced back patio. I’ll definitely stay here again when I next travel to the area."

"Property was beautiful, well appointed and clean. Finishes were excellent. Even the bathrooms were immaculate. Most properties, the shower tile is grungy and mildewed. Not this one! The only comment I have is we were not aware that someone else lived downstairs. That’s not a problem but it was a surprise. I would suggest that this is noted in the property description."

"Working in the area. It was great to be able to sit on the porch after work and read a book with no one bothering me. Going to sleep to the sounds of the river outside the window was awesome. Kitchen, bathroom, bed etc were all excellent."

"Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space. 4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear. "We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

"This was a great stay for a work trip that occurred during holidays, and we really enjoyed Durango from this location. Everything was just exactly perfect except for I had to do a small bit of cleaning upon arrival, and more importantly, the dryer heat seemed to vent directly into that closet (not sure if it was venting outside)."
