"My wife and I spent a week at Rocio's flat. Excellent location right above the Port and all it's activities. The apartment is generously sized and has all amenities. Rocio has decorated it very nicely with many personal touches. The closets are generous and feature built in drawers etc. There is a washing machine but no dishwasher. "Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. "The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect."

"This was our 2nd stay at this property. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Although the price was good there were a couple of negatives - the small 2nd bath is the size of a small closet and had very poor lighting. Neelum warned us of that but not until we were scheduled to check in. Not a deal breaker. The bedding was a turn off - there were no top sheets, just a very worn bed spread in the double bedroom. I don't remember that from our 1st stay."
